The simple answer: there is normally no need to replace your existing, often over-dimensioned, radiators. This saves you a lot of work and unnecessary retrofitting measures. Further energy saving measures (e.g. new windows, building insulation) may still be worthwhile, since they can reduce the building’s heat loss and improve the annual performance factor of the heat pump heating system thanks to lower flow temperatures.
